A blend of Hunter Valley Semillon (58%) and Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc (42%). Tropical fruit, perfumed floral characters & a squeeze of lime.
Something of a benchmark Hunter Valley style, this wine shows delicate lemon and lime fruit characters with zesty, citrus acidity and a fine purity and freshness on the finish.
Almost water clear in colour with a little green hue, the aroma screams delicious. Limes, lemons, waxy lanolin, followed by extreme crispy, crunchy apple, grated lime rind and a touch of wet slate on the palate.
Little Gem wines are only produced in outstanding vintages, with the vines producing grapes of exceptional quality and balance. This wine is vivacious and zesty in its youth and will develop into a rich and complex wine with age.
Hunter Semillon is one of the worlds most uniquely styles. Released at 6 years of age, this wine is just starting to emerge with classic bottle aged Hunter Semillon complexities. Nuances of buttered toast and honeycomb, layered over fresh grassy, citrus like fruit.
This Verdelho is loaded with tropical fruit flavours and a long citrus finish. Made from mature vines and without the use of oak to showcase the true flavours of the vineyard.
A super textural wine with extended palate length and weight. Aromas of warm biscuit and a hint of citrus. A rich and alluring palate, tantalising in its crispness, with orange, honeysuckle and gingerbeer-esk characters.
We love Riesling so we were thrilled when David Hook started making a Riesling from the beautiful cool climate region of Orange. It's zesty, tasty and altogether delicious.
It's slightly perfumed, slightly minerally and very tasty. With a richly textured palate and a touch of residual sweetness that is characteristic of the Pinot Gris style. Perfect white for salads and seafood.
Racy and restrained, this Gewurz is made in the modern, dry style. It displays lifted aromas of musk, rose petal and lychee with delicious lime flavours on the palate.
