The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. The juice being quickly drained away from the skins to achieve its fresh colour and flavour. The wine was tank fermented and bottled directly off lees.
Deep salmon pink in colour, with a fine effervescence, the nose delivers fresh strawberry and red currant aromas on with citrus blossom on the finish. The palate has generous red berry flavours, finishing soft and round with a touch of citrus.
One to enjoy on a summers day, cheese and fresh prawns are the perfect accompaniment.
