Gwyn is the Chief winemaker for Peppertree Wines and Briar Ridge. Gwyn studied Oenology at Roseworthy University in Adelaide, graduating in 2005 and completed her first vintage in France with a further six in New Zealand and three in the Hunter Valley. In September 2014 Gwyn received the prestigious Gourmet Traveller WINE's Young Winemaker Medal, and in 2012 was named DUX of the Australian Wine Research Institute, Advanced Wine Assessment Course 2012.
Adam Walls is a wine educator and wine show judge. Adam spent a number of years developing wine lists in restaurants and hotels in both Australia and the UK, solidifying his love of all things vinous and planting the seed for further wine exploration. On his return home, he worked for Tower Estate in the Hunter Valley before joining Wine Selectors in 2010. Adam has completed wine based training in both Europe and Australia and holds a WSET Diploma in Wine and Spirits.

We are happy to provide a full refund up to 4 weeks before the date of your Masterclass. If you wish to cancel within 4 weeks of your Masterclass we will endeavour to fill the seat and will provide a refund if we are successful. We are unable to provide a refund if we are unable to rebook the seat.
